Ready to Wear

The AW25 collection from J.L-A.L explores sartorial illusion through a surrealist form language, where garments behave as objects of both structure and distortion. Bespoke gradient wool orchestrates seamless tonal transitions across garments, while suiting is reimagined in triple-layered constructions. Jersey fabrics warp into flowing, abstracted layers, and diffused cell-like structures emerge in amorphous prints. A sea-urchin bag takes form in wadded melange, where stud impressions echo organic symmetry. Technical nylons are cinched into arched volumes, and fluid yarn is heat-pressed into crystallised formations. Garments appear as both object and mirage, a wardrobe of sartorial abstraction, imbued with J.L-A.L’s evolving design language.
